I'm on a streak

I only get half credit for today's dinner, as the lamb "ribs and brisket" cut I cooked came pre-rubbed with harissa. Me, I just braised it for a couple hours over sauteed onions and dried fruit -- the original recipe called for lots of dried apricots, but I only had a little dried apricot so I tossed in some prunes and some golden raisins too. Buttered spinach on the side was the perfect match.

So far the meat CSA gets about seven thumbs up.
